Home
where you spent your golden days
where your parents showered love and care
days passed studying and playing
mother's recipies satiated the food cravings
father's scolding was the greatest fear
invitation of family dinners were greatest outings
the roof which unraveled shiny stars
and which made you witness glorious moon stealing limelight
the cute little room decorated with our kiddish painting and toys was the most comfortable abode I ever had
the little shops where we got candies and snacks were the treasured spots
my heart still dwells there
in that cute little room
it still wanders in the streets of those candy shops
my heart dances and sings , lost in the memory of my home
Good one.
