The Rippling Effect

I was not in a good mood today due to various reasons.
But now I am feeling wonderful.
I am feeling awesome.
I just want to concentrate on this
awesomeness.

Ahh the beautiful Ted videos gave me proof that
happiness is a choice.
You can have it without any conditions.
Such wise talks, thanks to all wonderful people who
participate in it.
Thanks to them for sharing the wisdom they acquired
with us.

All due to hearing this wonderful lady
Saisha Srivastava
in Ted Talks followed by Ted Talk of Aisha Choudhary.
Both of them were beautiful young lady.
Both of them talked about happiness.

Saisha started her conversation with a diagram of universe
and showing how our existence is a tiny spec in that huge
and unbounded system. She points out how after seeing this,
two entirely opposite thought pattern is invoked in the mind.
Either people realize themselves as a part of a vast system,
and feel that everything is affected by their existence or they
conclude themselves as trivial  beings.

Saisha apprehended things by the former pattern. This made
all the difference. This gave  her a personality that
was radiating positivity. She was well dressed, nicely
groomed and yet looked so down to earth.
She emphasized that Happiness has a rippling effect.
Whatever is done out of pure love is spread with love, and
affects a lot more people. She was involved in teaching
dance to visually despaired  children.

She loved dancing which she was propagating by teaching
to children who are considered under-privileged in our society.
She talked about our society where people considered
underprivileged think, they are not supposed to have hopes
and dreams. She works with her teachers and students to
break this mental barrier. She shows them how to dream
and have hopes. She tells how her teacher and students who
loved dancing and were doing it purely out of love, have
taught her so much.

How when the love they have for dance they share with those
children, how their bright faces lightens up their day.
How she is so happy and calm, though she does not know
where her future lies. She lives in the present and spreads
the art she adores. The happiness she creates , the joy those
children get have rippling effect. She is content because
she is spreading joy, happiness and love.
She is content by living in the present.
